Our premium quality polyurethane adhesive is a thixotropic, gap filling adhesive which cures in just 5 mins.

• Conforms to EN 204 D4 Waterproof
• Non-slumping
• Rapid setting

Clamping or pressing time is 5 mins, and full bond strength is achieved after 24 hours.

Suitable for a range of applications including:

NB. not suitable or polyethylene, polypropylene and other low surface energy materials.

Materials to be bonded should be clean, dry and free from dust, grease and other contaminants. At least one of the surfaces to be bonded must be porous to allow moisture to reach the adhesive and effect the cure. Ensure surfaces are always clamped during the cure. Cure can be assisted by slightly moistening one surface with a damp cloth, but do not over wet.

Cartridge Application

• Cut the tip of the cartridge and screw on the nozzle. Cut nozzle to an angle of 45°.
• Apply the adhesive using a standard cartridge gun to one of the surfaces to be bonded and assemble the bond immediately (within 5 minutes).
• Apply pressure to the bond, by using a clamp.
• The product will foam slightly on application to fill any small gaps.
• Clean any excess adhesive immediately.
• Any cured adhesive must be removed via mechanical means or sharp tooling.
